Your Guide To Aeropress
The Aeropress is versatile and forgiving, producing a clean, strong cup. Here is our inverted BREW method.

Assemble Inverted
Assemble the Aeropress in the inverted position, pushing the plunger up to the number 4 mark.

Fine-Medium Grind
Add 15g of fine-medium ground BREW into the chamber.

Add Hot Water
Pour 200g of hot water (195°F/90°C) into the chamber.

Stir & Steep
Stir gently for 10 seconds, then allow it to steep for 1 minute.

Cap & Flip
Wet a paper filter in the cap, screw the cap on firmly, and carefully flip the Aeropress onto a sturdy mug.

Plunge Smoothly
Press the plunger down slowly and steadily for 30 seconds until you hear a gentle hiss.
