Highsky Coffee is born in the mist-covered coffee estates of Coorg and Chikmagalur, where the rich landscapes of the Western Ghats create some of India's finest coffees. Grown at elevations of 900–1,500 meters beneath natural forest canopies, our beans mature slowly, developing exceptional sweetness, complexity, and aroma.
